In 2020, our daughter Kolbie was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and shortly after, Celiac disease. Before her diagnosis, ramen was one of her favorite occasional after-school meals. As a mom with Celiac disease myself, I knew how painful it could be to lose foods you once loved, and I was determined to create something that helped her feel normal again.

After trying gluten-free ramen options that either didn’t taste the way we hoped or included ingredients we didn’t love, I started making my own chicken ramen seasoning at home. We kept it in a mason jar in the spice cabinet, and Kolbie loved it. Over time, more and more people asked if they could buy a bottle, and that little homemade blend became the product that started Clean Monday Meals.

Our Chicken Ramen Seasoning gives you the cozy, savory, nostalgic ramen flavor you love, made with clean, transparent ingredients and without gluten, dairy, soy, seed oils, MSG, palm oil, yeast extract, or unnecessary fillers.

Use it with your favorite gluten-free rice noodles, traditional noodles, or anything you love. It was created for ramen, but it quickly became one of our favorite all-purpose seasonings.
