We are a young team dedicated to creating direct relationships between our tea buyers and our farmers, fostering transparency and ensuring that our farmers are fairly compensated and supported. And since our inception in 2016, Nepal Tea Collective has been able to uplift the income of our partner farmers by 48.07%. For decades, farmers and tea producers in Nepal have gained incredible mastery over the art of tea-making. For much of this tea- making history, Nepal has been unable to reach the global tea community, and so our tea communities have been mired in generational poverty.

Nepal Tea Collective was founded in 2016 by second-generation tea producers from Nepal with the trailblazing vision of establishing Nepal’s finest, organic teas on the international stage. In just 7 years, we’ve come a long way: Our organic teas have won international acclaim and highly coveted international awards. As our teas attain visibility among our tea lovers, the lives of our tea communities improve by leaps and bounds.
