Minnesota-Made Pasta! Sunrise Flour Mill 's Heritage Fusilli Pasta is made in small batches from two simple ingredients: our highest quality organic heritage wheat flour and water. We use bronze dies that give our organic heritage pasta a rough surface that will better hold your favorite sauces. It is then slowly air-dried at low temperatures to retain as much flavor and nutritional value as possible. Our fusilli noodles work well with cold pasta salads, or hot with your favorite sauces.
