Good Dee’s was born shortly after my first-born son. I turned to a low carb, ketogenic lifestyle and have not looked back since! I wanted to make carb conscious products while preserving the flavor of traditional foods. My goal was to avoid sweeteners like maltitol and low carb flours like soy flour, so I created Good Dee’s mixes with just a handful of quality ingredients.
