Umami Tsunami - Uni Ikura Premium Seafood Bundle
The Umami Tsunami
Sweet, creamy Santa Barbara uni meets rich, savory Hokkaido ikura in a premium seafood bundle made for sushi nights, special occasions, and unforgettable bites at home.
Wild and diver-caught off the California coast, our fresh Grade A+ uni has a delicate, custard-like texture with a clean ocean finish. The Hokkaido shoyu ikura adds glossy pearls of wild salmon roe with a satisfying pop and balanced soy-marinated flavor.
Serve them together over warm sushi rice, crisp nori, or freshly sliced sashimi. Simple preparation. Serious flavor.

Why This Pairing Works
Uni and ikura are two of the most prized ingredients in Japanese cuisine. Uni is soft, creamy, and naturally sweet, while ikura is firm, savory, and lightly briny. Together, they create layers of flavor and contrasting texture in every bite.
This bundle gives you everything needed to create restaurant-quality uni and ikura bowls, hand rolls, nigiri, or elevated seafood tastings at home.

Freshness and Storage
The Santa Barbara uni is delivered fresh and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. Do not freeze it, as freezing can damage its delicate texture. Enjoy as soon as possible, ideally within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Keep the ikura refrigerated if received thawed and consume shortly after opening. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Because fresh uni is seasonal and sourced to order, your shipment may require an additional one to two business days before it leaves our facility.
