When the pandemic hit and brought widespread shutdowns, the closing of olive bars in grocery stores was just one small consequence. With nowhere else to turn to get my weekly fix, I found myself in the traditional olive aisle and was immediately disappointed.

What were these eyeballs in a jar staring back at me? How could these be the same olives I knew and loved?

After trying out a few products, I was dissatisfied (and “hangry”) to say the least. These products were not up to par with craveable, marinated restaurant-style olives. Not to mention, I was covered in brine by the time I tried to remove the olives from these jars.

It was time to reimagine olives as we knew them. So, I took a leap to create a product that meets the needs of a modern olive lover: mouthwatering flavor, unmatched quality, and effortless convenience.
