The Story Behind CITREVE

What began as a backyard passion—preserving the colors of a home garden—quickly became a vision for a better way to use freeze-drying.

Discovery → Founder Nettie Frank, a Food Network alum and award-winning chef, explored freeze-drying beyond long-term storage.
Innovation → Combining culinary expertise with advanced technology, she developed products that met the needs of bartenders, caterers, and retailers.
Validation → Early partners saw the difference: consistent cuts, vibrant colors, and no waste.
