This proprietary South Indian curry powder blend has been passed down through two generations of Priya's family and isn't widely available elsewhere. Each spice is individually hand-roasted to peak aroma, then hand-blended in small batches for the freshest, most authentic flavor.
One whiff and you'll be transported to the spice markets of South India. Use about 1½ teaspoons per curry dish for medium "American" spiced heat with 3 lbs of protein.
This 2 oz bottle yields 15-18 teaspoons, using 1½ tsp per curry for medium spicy heat.
