We want fried chicken to be healthy. For fried chicken to be healthier, it takes 2 main components. Removing the oil from frying and a healthier flour to coat it. The air fryer already exists, thereby allowing us to remove the oil from the fried chicken equation. Now, we just need a healthy flour for the coating. Well, today is the day! We've created the first ever, high protein, low-carb flour so you can make healthy 'fried' chicken!
But that's not all. A friend asked us if the flour could be used in baking sweets, like cookies. Since cookies use all-purpose flour as the main ingredient, we don't see why not. Although we have not tried it yet, we think it'll work because our flour is a perfect flour to replace all-purpose flour.
Unseasoned - season to taste if using for frying. For baking, we recommend using stevia instead of sugar to sweeten.

This flour is not meant to be an exact 1-to-1 replacement for regular flour in baked goods. You will need to experiment with ratios in your recipes if you are using to replace regular all-purpose flour.
