Hi, I'm Katie, founder of Full Moon Tea Company.

I've loved tea for as long as I can remember. My first tea was Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime as a kid, and somewhere along the way that simple cup of tea turned into a lifelong obsession.

Before tea, I spent over a decade as a pastry chef. I learned a lot about flavor, ingredients, and creating experiences people remember. Eventually, I started blending teas for myself, then for friends, and then one day I realized I couldn't stop thinking about building a tea company of my own.

Full Moon Tea Company was born from a love of loose leaf tea, real botanicals, and the small rituals that help us slow down and reconnect. Every blend is handcrafted in small batches using whole ingredients because I believe tea should taste like what it actually is: tea, fruit, flowers, herbs, and spices. Not mystery flavors.

When I'm not blending tea, you'll usually find me tending my garden, reading on the porch, spending time with my three tripod rescue cats, or dreaming up new blends inspired by the seasons.

My hope is that these teas bring a little joy, comfort, and beauty to your day.
