JOI's almond milk base is one ingredient, cold-pressed almonds, squeezed into a bottle instead of poured into a carton. Add 1-2 tablespoons to a cup of water, coffee, or tea, whisk for 20 seconds, and you've got fresh, dairy-free almond milk with nothing else mixed in. Blend it instead and the texture turns silky enough to hold its own in a latte.
Skip the water altogether and it works as pure almond butter, squeezed straight onto oatmeal, toast, or yogurt. Stir it into a smoothie, fold it into a sauce, or use it in place of cream in a recipe that needs richness.
