The traditional method of pressing citrus fruits, herbs, and vegetables with olives creates a highly aromatic flavored olive oil. Made by crushing olives together with fresh ginger. Notes of sweet and freshly crushed ginger dominate this oil.  The perfect finish for tuna tartare!
