How it all began...

My husband and I grew up in Italian families and sharing antipasto platters was a cherished tradition. We wanted to continue that wonderful tradition with our own family and friends. However, when our daughter couldn’t have gluten, I set out to create a cracker that she could eat that was delicious, Italian-inspired and made with honest ingredients.

With every bite of Onesto crackers, we hope you are transported to your own al fresco table in Tuscany, sharing an antipasto platter with those you love.
