How we make Flackers

We start by soaking our organic flaxseeds in water to begin the germination process, making the seeds easier to chew, digest and absorb. We then dehydrate them to lock-in vital nutrients like the good fats in Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and powerful antioxidants that benefit your overall health.
