Albasa Ogbono Soup Mix offers an authentic blend of ground Ogbono, crayfish, spices, seasoning, and vegetables for a hearty mouth-watering soup that is guaranteed to be a hit at the dinner table. Cook with or without meat. Just add water oil.

Cook up a delicious hearty homemade soup with our authentic Ogbono soup mix. Simply add water, oil, and any meat of your choice. 

Ingredients

2lbs stew beef
1lb smoked fish
½ tsp salt
1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon
½ -¾ cup palm oil
5 cups water
1 package Albasa Ogbono Soup Mix

Instruction

  1. Add beef, salt, bouillon, and 1 cups of water to a medium pot. 
  2. Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried.
  3. Remove meat and set aside.
  4. Add remaining water and oil and bring to a boil.
  5. Quickly stir in Ogbono mix and meat.
  6. Cook uncovered on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add smoked fish and cook for two minutes.
