How to Prepare

Ribeye

Grill or sear over high heat to develop a deep crust and render the internal marbling. Ribeye is especially well suited to cast iron and open-flame grilling.

New York Strip

Sear or grill over high heat, then finish gently until it reaches your preferred temperature. Rest before slicing against the grain.

Filet Mignon

Sear quickly to create a crust, then finish over lower heat or in the oven. Filet is naturally lean, so avoid overcooking.

For every cut, pat the steak dry, season generously with salt, and allow it to rest after cooking.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate immediately upon delivery and follow the use-by date printed on the packaging.

For longer storage, place individual vacuum-packed steaks in the freezer shortly after delivery. Thaw frozen steaks slowly in the refrigerator before cooking.
