Born and raised in Italy, I grew up in a home where the kitchen was the heart of everything—a place filled with the aroma of freshly baked sweets and the warmth of family tradition. My father, an award-winning pastry chef with over 50 years of experience, is the President of the Union of Pastry Chefs in Naples, where my entire family still lives. His dedication to quality and craft left a lasting mark on me and inspired the creation of True Delicious. Now based in Petaluma, California, our bakery honors those Italian roots by handcrafting better-for-you biscotti and cookies made with simple, clean ingredients. At True Delicious, family and authenticity are at the core of everything we do.
