Product Details:
Each bag contains 6 high protein, low carb buns. Buns are frozen and will thaw during shipment. Re-freeze immediately upon receipt. Buns are good for 1 year frozen.
Ingredients:
Water, non-GMO Wheat Gluten, Oat, non-GMO Wheat Protein, Sunflower flour, Organic Flax, non-GMO Wheat Starch, Vinegar, Organic Olive Oil, non-GMO Yeast, Salt, non-GMO Stevia. **ALLERGY WARNING: Made with Gluten. May contain small amounts of milk (butter), nuts, seeds (sesame) and other allergens from cross-contamination using shared equipment.
Instructions: UnbelievaBuns thaw quickly. Let thaw for 10 minutes before use. To expedite thawing, microwave for 15 seconds to partially thaw. This also makes slicing a breeze. To fully thaw using a microwave, microwave for 30 seconds (never microwave for more than 30 seconds.) To toast, it's best to toast face down on a stove top (if you have griddle) or in a pan and even better to cover during toasting to keep steam in. Do not burn toast, UnbelievaBuns toast quicker than regular bread. Oven toasting is not recommended as it will dry out the entire bun. Pro tip: if you have a slot toaster, place buns face down on top of the slots. The heat coming out of the top will toast the buns perfectly. Rearrange buns during toasting to ensure entire surface gets toasted. Usually 2 to 3 turns is plenty.
Shipping: UnbelievaBuns are made fresh in the Carolina's. The product is perishable, so we only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid the bread getting stuck in transit over the weekends. You'll receive an automated email with tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Best to keep and store frozen once received. Freezing our bread does not affect the product. UnbelievaBuns are good for 1 year frozen. You can also refrigerate for up to 14 days.
