Freeze Dried Ice Cream That Does Not Melt (Bits) Cake Batter

🍨 Freeze-Dried Ice Cream (Bits) – Cake Batter. Real Ice Cream That Never Melts.

Yellow cake, straight from the bowl. No freezer required, ready to eat.

Real ice cream, cake batter flavored, freeze-dried into a crisp, airy bite. It tastes the way licking the bowl tastes, which is the entire point.

Freeze-drying pulls the moisture out while the ice cream is still frozen, so the flavor and the creaminess stay exactly where they were. What changes is the texture: smooth and cold becomes light and crunchy.

Then it goes nowhere. No freezer, no cooler, no drips down your wrist. Put a bag in a backpack, a lunchbox or a care package and it is still ice cream when it gets there.

Perfect for road trips, camping, lunchboxes, movie nights, party bowls, dessert boards, gifting, or standing at the counter eating it straight from the bag.

🍨 Tastes like licking the bowl, in a bag you can carry
🍨 Never melts – no freezer, no cooler, no mess
🍨 Crisp, airy crunch that dissolves back into creamy ice cream on your tongue
🍨 Made from real ice cream, not a powder or a mix
🍨 Lightweight and shelf-stable – easy to pack, easy to carry
🍨 A nostalgic snack that still surprises people the first time they try it

🍨 Why it never melts

Melting takes water. Freeze-drying removes it while the ice cream is still solid, so there is nothing left to turn back into liquid at room temperature.

The flavor, the sugar and the dairy solids all stay put — only the moisture leaves. That is why it still tastes like the scoop it came from.
