💪 Where the protein comes from
Alongside the A2/A2 milk and cream, Parad'Ice adds milk protein concentrate: milk that has been filtered to keep its protein and lose most of its lactose. It is the same casein and whey protein milk already has, just more of it in every bite.
Freeze-drying then takes out only the water. Every gram of protein that went into the ice cream is still in the bag.

It is still ice cream, with the protein built in rather than added as a powder on top.
💪 Why it never melts
Melting takes water. Freeze-drying removes it while the ice cream is still solid, so there is nothing left to turn back into liquid at room temperature.
