How do I warm him? Original-size Xanders go into the microwave whole for 20 to 30 seconds. No need to take the pouch out. That gives you 20 minutes or more of soft warmth.

Is he safe for babies? Yes. Every original-size Xander is made to be safe from newborn and is lab-tested to ASTM F963-23, the US toy safety standard. Never leave a newborn unattended, and inspect frequently as you would with any plush.
How do I clean him? Take the lavender pouch out first. Hand wash the cover only, air dry, then fluff with a soft brush once he is completely dry. If you use a dryer, air-dry or cool setting only, never heat.

What happens when the lavender scent fades? Replacement lavender pouches are $11.50.
